We guarantee the quality of all our products. Every product we send has passed the Magihae’s standard quality control (QC) inspection process. If a product does not meet our quality standards, we will provide one of the two resolution options after discussion of the both parties:
Complaints can be submitted within a maximum of 14 calendar days after the product has been received. To facilitate the verification process, customers are required to provide a clear unboxing video showing the condition of the package from when it is sealed until the product has been fully inspected, without any cuts or pauses in the video. If no unboxing video is provided, the warranty claim cannot be processed.
